As you may already know, the online learning and information platform www.creativehubs.vn is a key work of Cultural and Creative Hubs Vietnam - a project co-funded by the European Union and British Council, implemented by the British Council in partnership with Vietnam National Institute of Culture and Arts Studies (VICAS). In its three years of operation, the project has connected cultural and creative hubs from all across Vietnam, all the while offering the public access to arts and culture. This website, operating with the same objective, has been an effort of British Council and Vietnam Creative Hubs Initiative to support and develop the creative community in the time of Covid-19. For the platform to continue and grow further when the project ends, from July 1st 2021, the website, including the online courses of Vietnam Creative Hubs Initiative (ViCHI), will be handed over to the management of the following partners:
1. Hanoi Grapevine:
As a leading online information hub for art and cultural events, Hanoi Grapevine will be in charge of receiving, updating and promoting the website content, as well as providing expert advice and connections in the art and creative community for in-person activities developed from the web platform.
2. EdLab Asia:
EdLab Asia, an educational research and development centre focusing on studying and improving educational activities, will be in charge of technical management for the website www.creativehubs.vn, continuing to produce content derived from existing courses for public educational purposes.
The transfer has been underway and is expected to complete in July 2021. EdLab Asia and Hanoi Grapevine will continue to keep you updated on the process. In particular, the online courses will be moved to a new, more professional platform built by EdLab Asia. The current website with its content will still be available during this time, and your account features will remain functional.
